The DFRobot High Torque Waterproof Metal Gear Digital Servo (35KG, 180°, IP54) is a robust and versatile digital servo designed for demanding applications. It features a torque capacity of 35kg and a controllable angle of 180 degrees, providing superior linear motion. The internal configuration includes steel gears with a thickened gear axis, optimized to a 2.0 center distance, and a dual ball bearing design that ensures smooth operation. The aluminum casing enhances heat dissipation, thereby extending the servos lifespan.

This servo is equipped with electronic and temperature protections to ensure safe operation. In the event of a servo lock-up, it automatically triggers a protective torque output if the torque exceeds the overload capacity for more than 8 seconds. Additionally, if the servos temperature exceeds 70 degrees, it ceases torque output and resumes only when the temperature drops below this threshold.

Enhanced water resistance is achieved through fortified joints with waterproof gaskets, a circuit board coated with waterproof varnish, and specialized adhesive sealing for both the motor and potentiometer.
